About the role
We are hiring part‑time and full‑time Production Assistants to support our small‑batch, bean‑to‑bar chocolate maker in Almonte, Ontario. This hands‑on role involves making chocolate, packaging finished products, and working alongside our chocolate makers throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chocolate makers during production runs.
- Operate production equipment with hands‑on training.
- Package finished chocolate products.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces.
- Support other production tasks as needed.
Required profile
- No experience required; eager to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Comfort lifting up to 15 kg regularly and standing for long periods.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Reliability and punctuality.
