Food Counter Attendant – Fast‑Food Service

About the role

As a Food Counter Attendant you will be the front‑line host for guests at McDonald’s North Vancouver location, delivering quick, friendly service in a high‑energy environment. You will handle order taking, food preparation, and packaging while maintaining a clean and safe dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs and maintain the dining area.
• Load bussing pans, keep accurate records of food quantities, and package take‑out orders.
• Portion, wrap, heat and finish simple menu items using manual and electrical equipment.
• Take customer orders at the counter, serve meals, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, teamwork, multitasking capability and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and overtime.
