Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and coordinate our financial operations, budgeting and reporting within the automobile and trucking logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize performance.
• Evaluate daily operations and investigate compliance issues.
• Plan, control budgets and expenditures, and implement policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial control systems and oversee data collection and analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement internal controls.
• Advise senior management on financial matters and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance within the automobile or trucking industry.
• Excellent oral communication, organized and adaptable.

Required skills

• Business intelligence tools.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Microsoft Windows operating system.
