About the role

We are seeking experienced Family Physicians to become part of a physician‑owned clinic in Burnaby. Our practice includes a multidisciplinary team of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, pharmacy, and clinical counselling professionals, offering a collaborative environment for high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with specialists, pharmacists, and counsellors to coordinate care plans.
• Participate in cross‑coverage and on‑call rotations within the clinic.
• Mentor and support new physicians transitioning to the BC health‑care system.
• Utilise dedicated private workspaces for office duties and virtual consultations.

Required profile

• Medical degree and active licence to practice family medicine in British Columbia.
• Experience in family medicine, with a willingness to work in a team‑based setting.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to mentorship.
• Comfort with fee‑for‑service, LFP, and NTP payment models.
