Factory Labourer – Manufacturing

About the role
We are looking for a motivated factory labourer to join our manufacturing team. The position involves hands‑on work on the production floor, requiring attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual tasks on the production line, handling materials and components.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Stand for extended periods while following safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production targets.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Fluency in French.
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, reliable and a team player.
