Executive Director – Community Health Organization

About the role

Klinic Community Health is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead one of Manitoba’s most respected community health organizations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will guide strategic direction, strengthen community partnerships, and champion equity and reconciliation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process in alignment with Board direction and oversee implementation of priorities.
• Set goals, assign accountabilities, monitor progress, and assess results to ensure organizational impact.
• Promote Klinic’s vision, mission, and strategic plan across staff and Board.
• Support effective board governance, policy administration, and meeting coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, funders, community partners, and the public.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a community health or non‑profit setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a Board of Directors and manage governance processes.
• Commitment to social‑justice values, equity, inclusion, and Truth and Reconciliation goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and change‑management capabilities.
