About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant/Business Support Specialist to drive operational excellence within a Global Delivery & Workforce Planning organization. The role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth governance, financial operations, and executive administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, prioritize schedules, and align them with business priorities.
- Support leadership cadence, including LT meetings and MBRs, by preparing materials and tracking follow‑ups.
- Handle financial operations such as budget tracking, purchase‑order management, and expense processing.
- Coordinate events end‑to‑end, including All Hands, offsites, and leadership meetings.
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and internal content.
- Support onboarding, hiring processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for travel, meetings, and logistics.
Required profile
- 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer‑service experience supporting senior leadership.
- Strong executive‑level communication skills and ability to create executive‑ready content.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
- Proactive stakeholder management and strong execution follow‑through.
