Division Manager – B2C Operations

About the role

The Division Manager, B2C leads the convenience, retail and food‑service operations for a member‑owned co‑op in Fort St. John. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure that all stores meet organisational priorities, operational standards and financial targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold store managers accountable for operational and financial performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of store standards, merchandising, food service and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, inspections and performance reviews.
• Drive improvements in sales, margins, labour productivity, inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans and follow through to resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and leadership development.
• Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, regulatory and company requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in retail, food service, fuel retail, grocery or multi‑unit operational leadership.
• 5+ years of proven success leading managers and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, labour management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, develop talent and hold people accountable.
