Revenue Operations Specialist

About the role

ApprovalMax is B2B software for automating money-out processes, trusted by over 20,000 businesses worldwide. As a Revenue Operations Specialist in Toronto, you will support revenue growth and improve internal processes, reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager and working with marketing, sales, customer success, finance, operations and support. The role focuses on scaling customer success and support processes and automations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customer success and support leadership to define requirements and implement scalable, automated solutions
• Scale existing revenue operations processes and fix inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Implement improvements across the CRM and other revenue tools
• Gather data from CRM systems, sales tools, marketing automation platforms and other databases and turn it into actionable recommendations
• Build reports, dashboards and presentations, and track the impact of changes against KPIs
• Keep up with industry best practices and technologies, and maintain CRM data integrity and reporting structures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth setting, ideally SaaS or consulting, with a preference for formal revenue operations experience
• Clear written and verbal communication, analytical mindset and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities

Required skills

• Deep HubSpot experience (custom objects, dashboards, reporting, workflow building, testing and troubleshooting); HubSpot certification preferred
• Interest in or experience with revenue tools such as Clay, Attention, Intercom, BI tools, SQL and AI

• Up to CAD $95,000 base salary plus variable bonus depending on experience
