Director, Mastercard Portfolio Management & Partnerships

About the role

The Director, PC Mastercard Portfolio Management & Partnerships leads the credit‑card product line for PC Financial, a subsidiary of Loblaw. Reporting to the VP of Payments Products, this senior leader owns the P&L and drives growth, customer engagement, and operational resilience across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the PC Mastercard product line and set the strategic vision.
• Develop annual plans to increase purchase volume, revolving balances, and overall portfolio performance.
• Manage all aspects of the product portfolio, including sales, market‑share analysis, research, pricing, revenue optimization, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Operations, Finance, and Treasury to align metrics and ensure risk tolerance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for purchase volume, balance growth, and customer engagement.
• Leverage analytics to adjust tactics throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead a digital‑first approach to design, launch, and evaluate new products or features.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a credit‑card or payments product portfolio with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional environments and partnership building.
• Ability to drive change, foster collaboration, and maintain compliance and risk standards.
