Directeur Principal – Sales Enablement, Retail Distribution

About the role

The Principal Director will lead the Sales Enablement function for TD Asset Management’s Retail Distribution National Office. Reporting to the AVP, this senior leadership role ensures the operating backbone that enables a sales force of over 100 professionals to serve more than 15,000 financial advisors across TD and external dealer networks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the operating model, processes, tools, policies and pan‑channel programs that drive consistent, compliant, and scalable execution.
• Align cross‑functional teams to deliver the infrastructure required for field performance at scale.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and product teams to accelerate asset growth and deepen advisor engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related functions within the financial services industry.
• Strong track record of building and scaling processes and tools for large sales organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
