Digital Content Editor & AI Trainer (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Editor to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will work remotely from Canada, helping to improve AI chatbots by providing writing and editing tasks, evaluating outputs, and measuring model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their results.
• Assess the quality, correctness, and logical flow of AI‑generated content.
• Track progress metrics and report on model improvements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that affect content quality.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine prompts and training data.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in digital communication, journalism, or related fields.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
