Junior Editor – Full-Time Onsite

About the role

ICON Creative Studio is seeking a Junior Editor to provide editorial support across multiple departments. You will assist with continuity reviews, audio pickups, project preparation for Animation Directors, and deliverables on delivery nights. Strong communication with production and animation teams is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Conform client animatics and ingest them into Shotgrid, preparing audio for animation.
• Assist Animation Directors with editorial questions and ensure clean project timelines.
• Cut audio pickups, edit revisions, and update Shotgrid with changes.
• Assemble and QC project timelines for continuity reviews and maintain Colour projects up to delivery.
• Prepare and back up final deliveries in formats such as H264, ProRes, AAF, EDL, or image sequences.
• Support dailies, showcase material for client visits, and assist with award submissions and studio reels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in post‑production (preferred).
• Familiarity with Shotgrid (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize projects effectively.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
