Delivery Lead - Health (Quebec Healthcare)

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Healthcare Delivery Lead (Manager, Senior level, full time) in Montreal, Quebec. The role plans, coordinates and delivers digital solutions across Quebec's healthcare network, acting as a liaison between technical teams, clinical stakeholders and leadership. Projects follow Agile best practices and the requirements of the public healthcare sector (Santé Québec).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, orchestrate and deliver healthcare digital transformation projects from concept to production, keeping dashboards, status updates and risk management clear.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage vendor relationships under Quebec public sector procurement rules (SEAO, RENA).
• Lead delivery with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), act as Agile facilitator and coach, and manage backlogs with Product Owners and clinical stakeholders.
• Deliver cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) in line with Quebec data sovereignty requirements, using CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps, and work with cybersecurity teams on security and compliance.
• Run project steering committees, prepare status reports and variance analyses, and liaise with Santé Québec, RAMQ and other provincial partners.
• Improve delivery practices, mentor junior Project Managers and Scrum Masters, and stay current on digital health trends.

Required profile

• University degree; one or more of PMP, SAFe, CSM/PSM or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• 6+ years in project management or IT solution delivery, including at least 3 years in Quebec healthcare or public sector.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Agile projects in large-scale digital transformation and leading cloud deployment projects (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Quebec healthcare organizations and multi-project portfolio management.
• Strong communication in French with executives and operational stakeholders.

Required skills

• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe PI Planning, ART, RTE) and Agile metrics.
• Cloud deployments on Azure, AWS and GCP, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello; knowledge of LGGRI, CRAEG, SEAO/RENA and Law 25.
• Bonus: interoperability projects (EMR/EHR, LIS, DSQ), digital health maturity models, PPM tools, ITIL.
