About the role

Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) is hiring a mid-level, full-time Oracle Cloud PPM Application Management Support Consultant. The role sits within the Business Architecture team and involves independently analyzing and resolving complex software issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at the local ATC office, and the locations listed are Mississauga, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex software issues independently to ensure system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and user experience
• Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents
• Document solutions and best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and implement system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize disruption to business operations
• Maintain documentation such as process flows, system configurations and user guides
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM support
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
• English is required, as the role works with multi-national teams where English is the common language

The annual salary range for British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick is $69,450 to $119,450. The recruiting effort is for a brand-new position.
