Delivering Deal Value Manager (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is looking for a Delivering Deal Value Manager (bilingual French/English) in Montreal. The team advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them integrate acquisitions and maximise the value of their investments. The role focuses on synergy and cost-saving assessments, financial analysis and post-merger integration strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Integration strategy and execution, and deal transaction execution
• Due diligence covering stand-alone costs and carve-outs
• Synergy review and planning, including cost optimisation and business transformation
• Carve-out and separation execution
• Build a quick understanding of the target business, its operational issues, synergies, risks and upside
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of associates, give regular feedback, run performance evaluations and coach at all levels
• Identify new business opportunities, support partners in account management and proposal development, and contribute to thought leadership publications
• Share industry insights with internal teams and clients, and uphold the firm's code of ethics

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience at a consulting firm, large asset manager, private equity firm, pension fund or large corporation
• Experience defining and evaluating corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, and in corporate, business, deals and digital strategy
• Experience managing teams and work streams, building client relationships and leading executive discussions
• Fluency in English and French
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Canada, with possible travel outside Canada depending on client needs

• Power user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Use of AI tools

The salary range is $112,500 - $162,500. Eligible employees may also take part in variable incentive pay programs. The position follows the departure of a valued team member and is advertised until September 29, 2026.
