Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our fully remote team. In this position you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity before reporting.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical support.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality‑assurance activities.
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives through data analysis.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
