Senior NetSuite Consultant (Remote, Canada)

About the role

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is a full-service NetSuite Alliance Partner offering finance, technology and risk and compliance services. It is seeking a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead diverse workstreams on complex, large-scale projects across industries and engagement scales. The position is remote-first for U.S. or Canada-based candidates, with periodic travel to the United States for client on-site needs; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions for the assigned workstream, capture requirements and turn them into efficient business processes.
• Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and configuration, aligned with third-party applications and integrations.
• Test system configuration and processes against client requirements.
• Manage data transformation, migration and integration at cutover, and develop testing and training programs to ensure adoption.
• Produce functional requirement documents and technical specifications, and act as the main point of contact for workstreams, managing escalations and RAID logs.
• Manage tasks and timelines, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to internal practice development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
• Understanding of business process improvement and strong communication skills.
• Preferred: expertise in Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Services & Construction, Field Service Management or Software & Technology.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada; no visa sponsorship available.

What we offer

• Base salary of USD 100,000 - 150,000 in the U.S. or CAD 137,000 - 200,000 in Canada, plus an annual incentive target of 10-20% of salary paid quarterly.
