About the role
Bells of Steel is seeking a self‑starter Customer Support Representative for a seasonal term from October 2026 to February 2027. You will assist fitness‑equipment customers across Canada and the USA via phone, email, and occasional hands‑on support in the showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Manage support tickets in the help‑desk system.
- Troubleshoot logistics challenges and keep orders on track.
- Create sales quotes and process order returns.
- Assist in the warehouse when needed.
Required profile
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and using an email ticketing system.
- Self‑motivated problem‑solver who takes ownership.
- Passionate about fitness and familiar with strength‑training equipment.
- Willing to work occasional on‑site days in a hybrid setting.
