Customer Support Manager

About the role

Global Fleet Solutions is seeking a client‑focused Customer Support Manager to join its Alberta team. You will manage high‑profile national accounts, coordinate service and repair activities, and ensure customers receive timely, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage work orders in the ERP system and track progress.
• Coordinate with business units, contractors, and dealers to develop repair plans, present estimates, and minimize asset downtime.
• Organize incoming jobs and leads using established processes.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and end‑to‑end service jobs.
• Maintain detailed archives of machine history.
• Liaise with contractors, local dealers, and out‑of‑territory customers.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in sales, business, management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑support or service‑management role preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of the heavy‑machinery industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting performance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
