Customer Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Sales Associate to join our team in Scarborough. In this role you will meet customers, answer questions, help them explore options and work toward individual and team sales goals. You will receive training and ongoing support to develop your communication and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers and prospective clients face‑to‑face through friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand individual needs, preferences, and priorities.
• Introduce available products and services in a clear, informative, and approachable way.
