Channel Sales Engineer – HFH (QC)

About the role

The HFH Channel Sales role is responsible for developing, managing and driving revenue generation of Alfa Laval products and services through a portfolio of channel partners in Quebec. You will act as the primary commercial contact for distributors and integrators, promoting solutions for sanitary equipment in food, beverage, pharma and related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner‑specific sales plans aligned with regional strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, pipeline health and improvement areas.
• Support partners with value‑based sales messaging, quoting strategies and joint customer visits.
• Promote new technologies, product launches and strategic initiatives within partner accounts.
• Maintain accurate partner pipelines, forecasts and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Travel frequently within Quebec and occasionally across Canada or internationally.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or at least 5 years of practical experience in a technical sales role within an industrial B2B environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Must reside in the province of Quebec and possess a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 % of the time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with process equipment, fluid handling and heat‑transfer technology.
• Ability to read technical drawings, data sheets and interpret complex customer requirements.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000 – $115,000 CAD annually, plus a monthly auto allowance of $840 and a $400 fuel allowance.
• Target bonus up to 25 % of base salary based on company performance metrics.
