About the role
Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and help deliver real, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, learning to operate various stations while providing friendly, high‑quality service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
