Crew Helper / Technician (Part‑Time Inspector)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Crew Helper/Technician to act as an Inspector for our commercial cleaning operations in St. John’s. This part‑time permanent position involves visiting client sites, verifying that cleaning standards are met, and supporting our janitorial team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial cleaning locations to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and follow up with corrective actions.
• Communicate performance expectations to cleaning staff and supervisors.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and help resolve issues.
• Assist with training, coaching, and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Monitor supply levels and report inventory needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Basic computer and mobile reporting proficiency.
