About the role
Passage is looking for a Credit Strategy Analyst to join its Toronto office. The role sits at the intersection of credit, finance and product, turning strategy into execution for loan operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own operational processes including loan application processing, underwriting, diligence and servicing, while keeping systems audit‑ready and accurate.
- Create and refine SOPs, dashboards and internal tools, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with credit, finance and product teams to move applications from intake to decision and support high‑priority projects with senior leaders.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance or a similarly demanding environment.
- Educational background in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong communication, high ownership and a team‑first mindset.
- Ambitious, proactive and ready to own outcomes with excellent organization and problem‑solving skills.
