Business Analyst

About the role

d1g1t is seeking a Business Analyst to join its client service teams, providing operational and administrative support for existing wealth‑management clients. You will work directly with portfolio managers and operations staff, helping them maximise the value of the d1g1t platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client support on functional and data‑related matters.
• Configure the d1g1t platform and onboard users according to business requirements.
• Oversee daily reconciliation processes.
• Participate in software delivery, including testing, documentation, and user training.
• Maintain knowledge bases and internal documentation to improve client experience.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor client success.
• Identify product requirements that drive operational efficiencies.

Required profile
