About the role

The School of Communications Sciences and Disorders at McGill University is seeking qualified Course Lecturers and Instructors for the Fall 2026 semester. Selected candidates will join a vibrant academic community and contribute to undergraduate and graduate education in communication sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and labs for assigned SCSD courses.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, presentations, and assignments.
• Assess student performance through exams, projects, and feedback.
• Hold regular office hours and provide mentorship to students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant graduate degree (e.g., Master’s or Ph.D.) in communication sciences, speech‑language pathology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the university level.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and ability to engage diverse student populations.
