Contracts Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track introduction to contract management, business operations, and legal‑adjacent work within a global technology company. You will support the full contract lifecycle while collaborating with sales, finance, and customer‑success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalising commercial contracts under senior guidance.
• Support contract negotiations using Salesforce and contract‑lifecycle‑management (CLM) platforms.
• Ensure quotes and deal data are accurate and reflected consistently across systems.
• Verify that contract terms align with delivery, billing, and customer entitlement requirements.
• Review redlined agreements, flag potential issues, and propose resolutions.
• Help respond to RFPs, vendor questionnaires, and documentation requests.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and customer‑success.
• Develop product and service knowledge for consulting, support, and managed‑service offerings.
• Provide timely support for contract requests across global time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, English, Political Science, Philosophy or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and proven accuracy in academic or internship work.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity for complex systems.
• Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in contracts, business law, or commercial operations.
