Construction Worker – Painting & Scaffolding

About the role

Join our team as a Construction Worker focused on painting and surface preparation. You will work outdoors on various construction sites, often at heights, in noisy and dusty environments.

Key responsibilities

• Work at heights on scaffolding or swing stages.
• Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
• Perform surface preparation, including drywall taping and patching.
• Follow safety protocols and conduct criminal record checks.
• Travel to multiple construction locations as required.

Required profile

• Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions.
• Availability for shift or on‑call work.
• Client focus, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, reliability, teamwork, and a hardworking attitude.
