Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on our building projects in Calgary. The role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports.
• Supervise workers and projects, managing a team of 5‑10 people.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
• Estimate costs and material requirements.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Train or arrange for training of staff.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Recommend personnel actions.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Organized, reliable and a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reference required for security and safety.
