About the role
We are looking for a Painting Supervisor to lead our construction painting projects in Calgary. The role involves coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring high‑quality finishes while adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects on site.
- Coordinate and schedule painting activities.
- Oversee apprenticeship training and arrange additional training as needed.
- Set up machines and equipment for painting tasks.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recommend personnel actions and provide leadership.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
