About the role

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join a leading Bay Street law firm. The associate will work on sophisticated real‑property and construction disputes, representing developers, builders, engineering firms, and construction companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters involving liens, negligence, and contract performance issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups to develop case strategy.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction litigation or related real‑property law.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
