About the role
We are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join a leading Bay Street law firm. The associate will work on sophisticated real‑property and construction disputes, representing developers, builders, engineering firms, and construction companies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters involving liens, negligence, and contract performance issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Advise clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups to develop case strategy.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction litigation or related real‑property law.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters independently.
