Concrete Superintendent

About the role

The Concrete Superintendent will lead all concrete‑related activities on a major construction project in Arnea, Greece. Working on a fly‑in/fly‑out rotational schedule, you will ensure that concrete works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all concrete pouring, finishing and curing operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to align schedules and resources.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, quality requirements and local construction standards.
• Manage the concrete budget, track progress and report performance metrics.
• Mentor and supervise field crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising concrete works on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and quality control procedures in the construction sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
• Willingness to work on a FIFO rotation and adapt to remote site conditions.
