Clinical Reviewer – Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role

Mercor is looking for an experienced Clinical Reviewer to work fully remotely, evaluating AI‑generated healthcare content. You will apply deep domain expertise to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and presentation quality of documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks produced by AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated artifacts against detailed, domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in various formats.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model outputs.
• Grade outputs using healthcare/clinical criteria and maintain consistent standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to model performance enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
• Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution (preferred).
