About the role
Join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals at Kootenay Lake Hospital, delivering high‑quality care to young patients in a vibrant community setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a multidisciplinary environment, working alongside specialists in neonatology, cardiology, oncology and more.
- Mentor medical students, residents and aspiring pediatricians, fostering compassion, empathy and clinical excellence.
Required profile
- Empathetic, patient‑focused pediatrician committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Willingness to engage in teamwork, case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
Required skills
- Board‑certified in pediatrics.
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary clinical teams.
What we offer
- Fee‑for‑service remuneration with an estimated gross annual income of $250,000–$400,000.
- Relocation funding up to $15,000 and additional rural incentive payments.
