About the role
The Client Experience Office Assistant provides front‑line support in the Athletics & Recreation client office. This part‑time, fixed‑term role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and processing registrations for memberships, lockers, rentals, and sports camps.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Provide information on Athletics & Recreation programs, fitness courses, and camps.
- Process membership registrations, locker sales, equipment rentals, and camp sign‑ups.
- Maintain accurate records and distribute relevant materials.
- Work occasional evening or weekend shifts as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of related customer‑service or administrative experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required).
- Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly wage of $16.50 CAD.
- 15 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
- Experience in a university athletics environment.
