Charity Fundraiser

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, sales‑driven individuals to represent charitable organizations in the field. The role can be full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 12 pm–8 pm) or part‑time with at least three weekdays available. Compensation ranges from $600 to $2,000 per week, combining a base salary with performance bonuses and daily cash incentives. This high‑energy, people‑first position rewards strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and run face‑to‑face fundraising campaigns for charities such as CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and more.
• Engage potential donors, communicate project importance, and build relationships to drive donor acquisition.
• Learn objection handling, communication strategies, and fundraising techniques through hands‑on experience and mentorship.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• Available full‑time or part‑time with minimum three weekdays availability for part‑time.
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging people face‑to‑face.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
