About the role
Retailors, a fast‑growing sports and athleisure retailer, is seeking a proactive CEO Assistant and Office Manager to support the CEO of Retailors Canada. This hybrid administrative and operational role ensures smooth daily operations while acting as a trusted liaison for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate executive team travel and organize company‑wide meetings, events, and team‑building activities.
- Screen communications, prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential data, track key performance indicators, and support strategic projects delegated by the CEO.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, facility needs, and health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and cross‑functional support (IT, HR, operations).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3‑5 years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role; retail experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
