About the role
Our client is a fast‑paced catering and events company that delivers exceptional client experiences. They are seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support day‑to‑day office operations and ensure smooth event coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with clients.
- Perform data entry and updates in the catering software system.
- Enter and manage event packages, notes, and client details.
- Coordinate with chefs and internal teams to ensure accurate event information.
- Maintain and update catering databases, including menu items and recipes.
- Support general administrative and office tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning.
- Preferred: familiarity with catering or CRM software.
