Care Assistant – Bexley (Full/Part‑time)

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support individuals living in Bexley. You will travel to clients’ homes to help with daily activities, promoting independence while respecting each person’s dignity. Candidates must have their own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence, and be eligible to work in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as washing and dressing.
- Support shopping, meal preparation and prompting with medication.
- Help maintain daily routines and provide respite services.
- Encourage socialising, leisure activities and community participation.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, well‑organised and reliable.
- Caring, sensitive and flexible.
- Committed to high standards of care.
- Good communication skills.
- Own a vehicle and hold a valid UK driving licence.
