Capital Markets, Prospectus Center of Excellence Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC's Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team supports clients through acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, capital transactions such as IPOs and digital transformation projects. The Prospectus Centre of Excellence within CMAAS delivers high-quality, consistent prospectus-related services for complex financing transactions. As a Senior Associate, you will work with a team of problem solvers, helping deliver quality client service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination and execution of prospectus and other offering-related deliverables for a wide range of financing transactions.
• Work closely with PwC's accounting advisory and audit teams to ensure consistent quality, technical accuracy and efficient execution.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, underwriters and client contacts to manage timelines and address review comments.
• Prepare and review prospectus-related documents, collaborating with offshore delivery teams.
• Gradually take on a review and coaching role as technical expertise deepens.
• Contribute to standardized processes, tools and training materials, and help drive innovation through process improvements and digital tools.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, in addition to French, to support English-speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, financial reporting or a deals-focused environment.
• Qualified Canadian CPA or an equivalent reciprocal or recognized designation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to communicate technical matters clearly.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE is desirable.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The salary range is $58,400 - $97,500, based on skills, experience, qualifications and location; eligible employees may also join variable incentive pay programs. The role is newly created and is open to candidates who can work in Montreal.
