Business Analyst / Implementation Engineer

About the role

This position leads end‑to‑end client onboarding and functional delivery for ERP implementations. You will coordinate project kick‑offs, map client processes to ERP workflows, configure the system, and support users through go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project kick‑offs, define scope and timelines, and map business processes to ERP modules.
• Gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder workshops and change‑request management.
• Produce detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD) covering workflows, use cases, business rules and validations.
• Configure ERP basics, deliver module‑specific training, create user guides and resolve functional queries.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, development and QA teams, tracking progress and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in ERP implementation or related functional consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and tasks in parallel.
• Strong communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a client‑centric focus.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
