About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well‑established travel company in a full‑time permanent position. This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting and reconciliation skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare month‑end bank statements and perform reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
- Process commissions for home‑based travel agents
- Generate GST reports and handle payroll deductions
- Create Excel‑based reports and oversee general accounting administration
Required profile
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Familiarity with TravCom preferred (Trams also acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
