About the role
The Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its national talent team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support the organization’s mission by attracting diverse talent across Canada in both English and French, ensuring a people‑first candidate experience from coast to coast.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from advertising to onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through internal and external channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the CCS brand as an inclusive employer.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to the CCS values of inclusivity, compassion, and impact.
