Bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our Advanced Technology Centers team in Montreal. The role focuses on Employee Central and related modules, providing L2/L3 support and delivering enhancements while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and associated modules.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA.
• Configure and deliver enhancements using business rules, MDF objects, and data models.
• Gather requirements and manage changes across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and SFTP jobs.
• Provide clear communication, status updates, and root‑cause analysis to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to ITIL processes and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Strong technical configuration skills and proven ability to lead L2/L3 support.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in both French and English.
