Bilingual Legal Account Manager (French/English)

About the role

As a bilingual (French/English) Legal Account Manager you will build trusted relationships with Quebec‑based law firms, corporate, public sector and academic customers, driving revenue growth through a consultative, solution‑based approach.

Key responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of legal customers.
• Develop and execute account plans, identify expansion opportunities and address retention risks.
• Use AI tools to improve account management, develop data‑informed strategies and present insights.
• Manage renewal and expansion opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Conduct account reviews, monitor health and usage trends, and partner with onboarding, support and product teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years experience managing and growing a B2B subscription portfolio, or 5+ years in comparable customer‑success roles.
• Proven success meeting retention, renewal and upsell targets.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI solutions such as Gong, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage renewal cycles and pipelines.
