Content Lawyer – Corporate and Private M&A

Key responsibilities

• Write, review and edit practice notes, checklists, flowcharts, precedents and related materials.
• Ensure all content remains current, relevant and competitive.
• Monitor legal developments and trends in corporate and private M&A.
• Recruit and manage relationships with Canadian law firms and practitioners.
• Support sales and marketing through product demos and training.

Required profile

• J.D./LL.B. and member of a Canadian bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of practice in corporate and private M&A.
• Strong professional network of M&A lawyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using AI and large language model tools in a professional workflow.
