Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support via voice, chat and email while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from French‑speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the support process.
• Provide feedback on workflows and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
