Social Support Associate – Overnight Customer Care

About the role

You will be Lyft support's voice on all social media channels, fielding questions and resolving issues from passengers and drivers in real‑time. As an active representative of Lyft, you will strengthen the community by providing a helpful, effortless and trusted support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Triage problems from the community, own issue resolution and escalate only when necessary.
• Serve as Lyft’s support voice on social media and other digital channels, exercising impeccable judgment.
• Proactively solve issues and foster trust with customers.
• Create a personalized, positive and effortless experience for the Lyft community.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing and other teams to ensure a cohesive support voice.

Required profile

• Confident, clear communicator who consistently represents Lyft’s brand.
• Handles sensitive situations with empathy, good judgment and precision.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and knows when to resolve independently or escalate.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and dedicated to delivering excellent service.
