Online Billing & Support Agent (Seasonal)

About the role

The Online Billing & Support Agent provides assistance to customers, stores and the internal Customer Service team through phone, live chat and email. This seasonal position focuses on handling billing inquiries, failed settlements, chargebacks, refunds and order status updates while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to general customer service inquiries and provide timely, customer‑focused solutions.
• Recover failed settlements and resolve billing‑related issues such as invoice requests, chargebacks, refunds and adjustments.
• Investigate late orders, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, and communicate shipping updates.
• Escalate complex problems, bugs or concerns to the appropriate channels and act as an advocate for the customer.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability, detail‑oriented and capable of handling stressful, irate‑customer situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
